Stakeholder mapping + SWOT for primary schools

Soil literacy thrives on partnerships. Especially in primary schools, parental engagement and community gardeners are huge assets.

Step 1 — Stakeholder mapping. List individuals and groups involved: teachers, parents, local authorities, environmental organizations. Categorise using an influence × interest map. Ask the same four questions: knowledge, beliefs, interests, impact.

Step 2 — SWOT analysis. Strengths and weaknesses (internal); opportunities and threats (external). Perform against your school's policy environment and public opinion.

Step 3 — Identify advocacy tools. Existing: policy documents, research findings, teaching methods. New: testimonials, infographics, research summaries.
